HOW DOES ENERGY READING WORK?
Energy reading is the ability to see the invisible connections and the truth that lies at the foundation of any situation. We all have an innate ability to sense this hidden reality, but in childhood, we learned to suppress it because the truth was often inconvenient for us or for those around us.
The healing process in energy reading is very simple. It works through attention. The high-quality, focused attention of the reader or the group is like a beam of light. It hits the very core of a suppressed energy block—the heaviest burden a person carries within. This attention "smashes the fence" behind which this burden is hidden, allowing it to come to the light. The therapist's task is to help the person hold this releasing material, receive it, and let it go. The act of observation itself is healing. By bringing light to what was hidden in darkness, we change it. What has been consciously seen can no longer be unseen. This is the process of clearing out the clutter of the subconscious.
The words spoken later, the "healing sentences," are merely a seal for our conscious mind. They help to formalize and integrate the shift that has already occurred on an energetic level. We are simply voicing the truth, and the truth is always healing.
Healing is not a checklist of solved problems. It is a journey of peeling back layers, like an onion. Each released layer frees up energy, allowing more life force to flow through us and attracting new, more suitable experiences.

Systemic Family Constellations
Brief Introduction
Constellations, pioneered by Bert Hellinger, integrates various psychological approaches, including Psychoanalysis, Gestalt Therapy, and Psychodrama, alongside concepts such as Transactional Analysis, Family Sculpture, Group Dynamics, Conceptual Therapy, Provocative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
The concept of the "knowing field" or "morphogenetic field" is a central aspect of Systemic Family Constellations. It draws from theories in fields such as quantum physics, biology, and psychology to explain how information is exchanged and accessed in a non-local or interconnected manner.
According to this concept, there exists a field of collective consciousness or information that transcends individual experience and perception. This field is believed to contain the memories, emotions, and energetic imprints of past events, relationships, and experiences within a family system. In essence, it serves as a repository of ancestral wisdom and knowledge.
In a constellation, representatives are guided to connect with this knowing field. Through a process of intuitive attunement, they access information that goes beyond their personal consciousness. This information may manifest as bodily sensations, emotions, thoughts, or insights that mirror the experiences of the individuals they represent.

This is the service for those who would prefer alternative counselling, which believes in the healing and power of your own consciousness, values most the soul-to-soul connection and is ready to explore through the variety of offered tools (numerology, psychoastrology, energy reading, systemic constellations, etc.).

Or, if the need arises, you may record and send an audio message when you need support most, and be sure to receive a recorded reply within 48 hours—until the time is used. It can be only weekly Zoom, or audio exchange, or a mixture of both. This gives flexibility and support exactly when needed, though the 5 hours should be used within 10 weeks to ensure consistency and commitment from both sides.

Like many modern shamans, Oxana pursued a degree in traditional psychology, believing it to be the science of the soul ("psyche" = soul in Greek).
