Recently, I received a question about the Mind Mirror and its role in energy reading.
This isn't about machine—it's about the real inner work that matters. Though the Mind Mirror is useful for feedback and validation, the true core is developing your own awareness.
It's about training your attention to sense the energetic relationships and receive messages from your subconscious. HOW DOES ENERGY READING WORK?
Energy reading is the ability to see the invisible connections and the truth that lies at the foundation of any situation. We all have an innate ability to sense this hidden reality, but in childhood, we learned to suppress it because the truth was often inconvenient for us or for those around us.
The healing process in energy reading is very simple. It works through attention. The high-quality, focused attention of the reader or the group is like a beam of light. It hits the very core of a suppressed energy block—the heaviest burden a person carries within. This attention "smashes the fence" behind which this burden is hidden, allowing it to come to the light. The therapist's task is to help the person hold this releasing material, receive it, and let it go. The act of observation itself is healing. By bringing light to what was hidden in darkness, we change it. What has been consciously seen can no longer be unseen. This is the process of clearing out the clutter of the subconscious.
The words spoken later, the "healing sentences," are merely a seal for our conscious mind. They help to formalize and integrate the shift that has already occurred on an energetic level. We are simply voicing the truth, and the truth is always healing.
Healing is not a checklist of solved problems. It is a journey of peeling back layers, like an onion. Each released layer frees up energy, allowing more life force to flow through us and attracting new, more suitable experiences.

Systemic Family Constellations
Brief Introduction
Constellations, pioneered by Bert Hellinger, integrates various psychological approaches, including Psychoanalysis, Gestalt Therapy, and Psychodrama, alongside concepts such as Transactional Analysis, Family Sculpture, Group Dynamics, Conceptual Therapy, Provocative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
The concept of the "knowing field" or "morphogenetic field" is a central aspect of Systemic Family Constellations. It draws from theories in fields such as quantum physics, biology, and psychology to explain how information is exchanged and accessed in a non-local or interconnected manner.
According to this concept, there exists a field of collective consciousness or information that transcends individual experience and perception. This field is believed to contain the memories, emotions, and energetic imprints of past events, relationships, and experiences within a family system. In essence, it serves as a repository of ancestral wisdom and knowledge.
In a constellation, representatives are guided to connect with this knowing field. Through a process of intuitive attunement, they access information that goes beyond their personal consciousness. This information may manifest as bodily sensations, emotions, thoughts, or insights that mirror the experiences of the individuals they represent.
The effectiveness of the knowing field in constellations can be understood through various theoretical frameworks. Some proponents suggest that it operates on principles similar to those found in quantum entanglement, where particles can instantaneously influence each other regardless of distance. INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING AND COACHING
This is the service for those who would prefer alternative counselling, which believes in the healing and power of your own consciousness, values most the soul-to-soul connection and is ready to explore through the variety of offered tools (numerology, psychoastrology, energy reading, systemic constellations, etc.).
This could also be coaching sessions on any subjects related to my expertise (peak-performance, ESP development, enegy management, systemic constellations or else).
If you are going through a transition—be it a new job, migration, relationships, health, or overall life-meaning or energy crises—I would be glad to be your resource and guide, to take you through with all the knowledge and skills I can offer: understanding each individual's uniqueness, systemic and energy dynamics, soul perspective, mindfulness, intuition.
Depending on your primary interest and nature of your request, the sessions may include a blend of classical counselling with elements of:

You can be sure that you are received by a human (rather than a bureaucratic formal system), and your issues are looked at with gentle care. We both strive for the highest spiritual perspective to deal with our life challenges.
Since we live in turbulent and often unpredictable times, I offer a 5-hour package to be used like a mobile phone plan. We can meet once a week on Zoom at a scheduled time. Or, if the need arises, you may record and send an audio message when you need support most, and be sure to receive a recorded reply within 48 hours—until the time is used. It can be only Zoom sessions (1hrx5 or 1hr40minx3 or 2hr30minx2), or audio exchange, or a mixture of both until the plan is used. This gives flexibility and support exactly when needed, though the 5 hours should be used within 10 weeks to ensure consistency and commitment from both sides.

Like many modern shamans, I pursued a degree in traditional psychology, believing it to be the science of the soul ("psyche" = soul in Greek). Disillusioned by its materialistic and mental focus, my spiritual journey led me to transpersonal psychology, modern shamanic, Vedic, and esoteric teachings, sacred geometry, and consciousness training with the Mind Mirror EEG. I trained in and researched mediums, studied ESP, numerology, systemic constellations, ultimately discovering and embracing my energy sensitivity as a gift to serve others through my Energy Reading Lab.
Though no proof ties me to shamans, my soul lineage connects to Siberian shamans, American Indian elders, and the ancient civilization of Lemuria. I am also sensing an Aboriginal heritage of a sacred land of Australia where I currently reside.
