Introduction

A magical space

Fairy-tale constellations combine systemic constellations and fairy-tale therapy. Through guided meditation and participants representing characters, forces and qualities, a story becomes a living space for self-exploration.

The characters can give expression to different parts of us — their desires, fears, strengths and contradictions. Stepping into a role allows us to experience these qualities from within and explore new ways of responding.

Any issue can be brought into this magical space for exploration and possible resolution. It does not need to be obviously related to the scenario. Relationships, finances, work, inner conflict or uncertainty about your next step may find an unexpected expression through the story.

What the work offers

What can the experience offer?

Seven doors you can step through when you join a constellation.

Creativity and flexibility

Loosen rigid thinking and discover unexpected solutions.

Positivity and trust in life

Practise looking for help, resources and a way through — fairy tales invite us to seek an answer.

Permission and resolution

Build your muscle of fairy-tale boldness: dare to ask for more, accept support and explore what seems impossible before shrinking your desires into something "reasonable."

Exploring painful stuff "under anaesthesia"

Approach difficult feelings through the emotional cushion of a fictional story.

Shifting old, stale blocks

Explore change in a supportive, playful environment — or use the experience for diagnostics if you are not ready for the shift.

Bringing conflicting needs into dialogue

Explore the parts of you that pull in different directions: independence and safety, giving and receiving, action and rest.

Allowing "quantum change"

Experience new, healthy models of being through a fairy-tale role — making a new possibility felt and tangible.

Illustrated scene from a fairy-tale constellation

Excerpt one

A story of one fairy-tale constellation

"Through a Russian fairy tale, I stepped into two radically different expressions of energy."
"This is the energy of direction, discipline, structure — the banks that hold the river so it can flow."
"Then I was appointed princess — and everything shifted. Suddenly I was in my body — fully alive in matter, overwhelmed by emotion, ready to give birth not only to children but to creativity itself."
"Now that I've felt these states, I carry their codes. I have access."

Excerpt two

Your fairy tales

"Another fairy tale that resonates deeply with me is The Ugly Duckling. It's not just about transformation — it's about the trauma of belonging."
"In the story, the duckling feels different, lesser — until it finally realizes the truth: it was never a duckling — it was a swan all along."
"So, what are your fairy tales? What life pattern keeps repeating itself?"
"If your story doesn't align with the life you want — rewrite it."

Questions & answers

Q&A

Question

Is this live or recorded?

Answer

This is a series of three live group meetings on Zoom.

Question

What happens during a meeting?

Answer

We introduce the fairy tale and the questions participants bring. Through guided meditation and constellation work, participants explore roles and notice their feelings, impulses and interactions. We finish with reflection on the experience.

Question

Does my question need to match the fairy tale?

Answer

No. Bring the issue that matters to you. Its connection with the story may only become apparent during the experience.

Question

Do I need to know the story beforehand?

Answer

No. The story will be introduced during the meeting. You can also watch the videos below beforehand if you wish.

Question

Will I have to act or perform?

Answer

No. Representing a character means noticing what arises in the role. There is no script to memorise or performance to get right.

Question

What if I am not ready for change?

Answer

You can use the experience for exploration and diagnostics — recognising the pattern, what supports it and what you may need before taking a next step.

Question

Can I attend just one meeting?

Answer

Yes. You can book a single meeting or join all three as a package.

Question

How do I prepare?

Answer

Bring a question or intention, and join from a quiet, private space where you can participate without interruptions.
